いつもは月曜日、AGCstationで受けているなお子先生のフィットネス✨

今日はオンラインで参加しました💻

オンラインって、すごいよね。

場所が違ってもこうして繋がれて、同じ時間を共有できるっていいなって思う🌿

ちょっと前だったら考えられなかったことだよね。

でもこういう新しいことに「いいね😊」って乗っていけるかどうかで、人生ってずいぶん変わる気がするなぁって思う。

オンラインレッスンもそうだし、今だったらAIもそう✨

新しいものにちょっと興味を持ってみる。ちょっと触れてみる。

それだけで、心も人生もちゃんと若くいられる気がするよね🌹

年齢っていうより、どう向き合っていくかなんだろうなって思う。

今日もひとつ、新しい風を取り入れてみませんか？😊

Today, I’m in Yokohama 😊

I usually take Naoko’s fitness lesson at AGCstation on Mondays,

but today I joined online 💻✨

Online is amazing, isn’t it?

Even when we’re in different places,we can still connect and share the same moment 🌿

Not long ago, this would’ve been hard to imagine.

I feel like life can really changedepending on whether we can say “yes 😊” to new things.

Online lessons,and now even AI✨

Just being a little curious,just trying something new—

That alone can keep both our hearts and lives feeling fresh and young 🌹

Maybe it’s not about age,but about how we choose to engage with life.
